Honda of Clear Lake

John Eagle Dealerships opened its new flagship store in 2018 on a 27 acre site fronting Interstate 45 in League City. The site parks nearly 900 cars for customers and inventory. The 60,000 square foot store was designed by the Dallas office of Gensler Architects.

New Hope Housing Reed

Reed is New Hope’s first community for families and children. New Hope Housing’s mission is expanding to include 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Reed offers 187 apartment units specifically designed for at risk and homeless families.

The project is a four-story, 187-unit apartment community situated on a 6.8 acre site located adjacent to Star Hope’s transformational campus, off Highway 288 and Reed Road. The combined campus of Star of Hope programs and NHH at Reed apartments will be a highly efficient complex of interrelated support and housing services designed to uplift families from generational poverty and stabilize lives. Reed’s community spaces include a courtyard with a playground, business center, library, wellness room for fitness activities and multipurpose rooms.

To consolidate its field operations, Valerus Field Solutions, a division of the Canadian-based engineering and construction firm SNC-Lavalin, leased 396,880 square feet of facilities located on the 200 acre campus formerly occupied by BAE in Sealy, Texas.

Prince of Peace: Youth Hall

Prince of Peace Catholic Church recently completed its Youth Hall and Outreach Center, two new buildings that anchor the northern end of the 25 acre Prince of Peace campus. The Youth Hall was conceived as a flexible space for prayer services, games, concerts, and coffee bar hang-out space. This space works in conjunction with the new adjacent gym so that their larger gatherings spill into a large venue equipped with a stage and full sound and projection systems. Equipped with a full commercial kitchen and locker rooms it can serve as a banquet room as well as a regional shelter after hurricanes.

Champion Forest Baptist Church serves communities in Northwest Houston. The North Klein Campus is a significant step in becoming "one church in many locations". New Hope Housing Harrisburg

New Hope Housing Harrisburg – the non-profit developer’s first mixed-use community – is the Houston Business Journal 2019 Landmark Award winner for Community Impact  as well as a 2018 AIA Houston design award winner.

The project achieved LEED Platinum® certification.

Harrisburg is the largest single room occupancy (SRO) project New Hope Housing has developed.

Living here affords residents coping on an extremely low income wide-open access to all parts of the city via the METRO light rail station at their doorstep. With 175 SRO studio apartments (that rent well below market rate), Harrisburg also includes 5,000 square feet of shared common space for robust enrichment programming, 4,000 square feet of retail space, and 7,000 square feet of office space now home to New Hope Housing’s corporate headquarters.

Mustang CAT has the Caterpillar franchise in a 17 county area in Southeast Texas. Mustang owns and operates equipment rental, repair and parts facilities and engine manufacturing operations in multiple locations. Since 2002, Brewer Engineering has provided civil engineering services to Mustang.

Mustang recently assembled nearly 70 acres at its US 290 headquarters site in northwest Houston. Brewer Engineering provided land development services to create new basic infrastructure for the headquarters projects. We also provided civil engineering for a rental, repair and parts facility and a large engine manufacturing facility at the 290 campus.

Brewer Engineering has provided engineering services for MCAT facilities in El Campo, League City, Lufkin, Conroe, Tomball, Houston, Missouri City, and Bryan.

AD Players’ Jeannette & L. M. George Theater

Since it’s founding in 1967, the A. D. Players have pioneered a unique style of theater committed to producing programs that uphold human values, offer creativity, and promote literacy and education.

Brewer Engineering was engaged in 2003 to assist the A. D. Players with the acquisition of 4 acres of land on Westheimer Road near the Houston Galleria.

The stunning new 33,000 square foot theater opened in 2017.

Evelyn’s Park

Evelyn’s Park is the wonderful new park that forms a gateway entrance to the City of Bellaire.

The design of the park creates a beautiful gathering place along Bellaire Boulevard and opens up to a series of themed gardens that wrap around the great lawn. Throughout the park there are features that are unique, attractive, and representative of the Bellaire community and values.

The park was completed and opened to the public in 2017.

The Rittenhouse project is a 160-unit single room occupancy (SRO) affordable housing community developed by the award-winning Houston non-profit, New Hope Housing, Inc.

The project site is situated on 3 acres in Houston’s north side. New Hope is the state's leading provider of affordable SRO housing in a supportive environment for adults living alone on extremely low incomes. The project is certified LEED Platinum® - the highest level issued by the USGBC. The project celebrated its grand opening in December 2013.
